How to Return Your Mattress

Returning your Luxury Nap mattress is simple:

Once your request is received, we’ll coordinate a pickup with our logistics partners.

Note: If the return is due to ordering an incorrect size, a logistics charge will apply.

The return process typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of request, depending on pickup and delivery timelines.


Packaging Guidelines


Warranty

All Luxury Nap Mattresses come with a 5 Year Warranty covering:

✅ Foam impressions deeper than 1 inch
✅ Sagging or foam breakdown not caused by misuse
✅ Cover defects (like unraveling stitching)
✅ Splits or cracks in the foam due to manufacturing

We do not cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Misuse, folding, or damage beyond regular usage
❌ Discomfort due to personal preference after the return window

A Final Note on Warranty Terms

While our warranty is for 5 years, we recommend replacing mattresses every 8–10 years for best hygiene and support. Longer warranties in the market are often prorated — meaning the benefit decreases over time. We keep it transparent and straightforward.
